Recording and uploading are two different decisions.
Local recording does not automatically send your audio anywhere. Cloud AI starts with a separate upload confirmation.
What happens after an upload?
Uploaded audio, transcripts and chat are stored on the backend with no automatic content-expiry period. Signing out or canceling a subscription does not delete cloud data. Account-deletion fulfillment remains under verification.
What does Google sign-in access?
Clerk handles Google sign-in using basic identity, email and profile access, not Calendar or Drive access. Signing in is separate from sending recording content to Gemini.
